The Information Cutover Report is the report about the actual information cutover that took place. It is used to communicate what part of the cutover fully succeeded and what part of the cutover needs additional measures, fallback or repairs.
This artifact is usually a word document or a powerpoint presentation used for communication about how the cutover went and what needs to be executed as result of things that happened during the cutover. |
